Agenda:

1. Look over ideas and suggestions for role of Volunteer Coordinators;
2. Take recommendations for additional ideas;
3. Split up work amongst Coordinators;
4. Summary of Small Group Process.

1.) General responsibility for Volunteer Coordinators:

1. First 6 weeks before class starts volunteering at clinic (making phone calls, sending out emails)
2. Latter weeks, (greeting new volunteers, work with clinic coords)
3. Every week (make sure volunteers feel welcomed, facilitate after clinic debriefing meetings, keeping track of every volunteer and how often they come)
4. Help organize pc members to attend all three clinics

Responsible for bringing support and fun:

1. Organize rewards/prizes/certificates of recognition to volunteers at the end of the semester
2. Have a volunteer gatherings (pizzas, raffle gift certificates)
3. Call people/send them e-cards on their birthdays
4. Make poster with picture of all volunteers and put up in clinic
5. Be the volunteer counselor
6. Have PC vote for volunteer of the month/semester
