The Suitcase Clinic summer training is just around the corner! Summer training will provide you with the basic skills you need to become a successful volunteer at one of our three clinics.

Our summer training will take place from 10AM to 4PM on the weekends of June 2-3 and June 9-10. Admission into the training is by application. Download the application here: 2012 Summer Class Application. Applications are due May 18 by 11:59PM to class@suitcaseclinic.org, and applicants will be notified by the 20th.

Summer training has already started, so your best option would be to apply for the Fall class.
During the school year, training is a semester-long class that meets every Thursday from 5-7 pm. Apart from the general curriculum, students are placed into focus groups that go in-depth into two specific issues regarding homelessness. Look out for more info on our website during the first few days of the fall semester, and info sessions/clinic tours during the first few weeks of school.

You will not have to take the fall class, and you’ll actually begin volunteering in the summer! Formal clinic attendance requirements will start in the fall
